We are at a turning point, as a global community, a generation, and an organization. Youth are ready to rise to the challenge. Let’s work together to make it happen. The past few years have been a time of tremendous uncertainty for our global community, but also of deep examination and growth. COVID-19 has exposed many stressors to our current system, from food insecurity to healthcare access. Combined with the extreme political polarization worldwide, the rampaging impacts of climate change, and the profound new threats to global security, our world feels like it is in crisis.

But with fire comes the opportunity for new growth, and now is our time to re-imagine and design what can be.

AMP Global Youth was founded to empower youth and uplift their voices following a similar time of upheaval: 9/11. Over 100,000 youth have participated in our programs over the past 20 years, empowering a generation of young global leaders.

Our mission is to pursue, design, and demand our shared future by amplifying youth to make change louder around urgent global challenges. We invite youth to:

• Tune in to youth-led conversations around global challenges.
• Turn up their unique power to win meaningful change around issues important to
  them.

As we look back at the tremendous impact we have had, we also look towards the long and important road ahead with eager anticipation of what can be. Our programs are
bursting at the seams, and we are primed to expand our scope and reach. We are eager to connect around our shared mission to uplift the voices and power of young people.

Our opportunity is now.
